Role Overview

A premier digital audio storytelling and streaming media platform. We are looking for a creative Growth Marketing Associate to run digital ad campaigns, manage social media funnels, and grow our active listener base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns.
  • Write compelling ad copy, email newsletters, and push notifications.
  • Analyze campaign ROI, Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create engaging video and static ad creative.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or English Literature.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Creative mindset with excellent copywriting skills in English and Urdu.
  • Passionate about music, podcasts, and Pakistani pop culture.
