Junior Product Manager

Role Overview

An innovative EdTech venture on a mission to digitize education for millions of children. We are seeking an ambitious Junior Product Manager to join our core product team in Lahore. You will work alongside senior product leaders to conduct user research, define specs, and launch high-impact features.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research with teachers, students, and parents.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to break down product requirements into actionable user stories.
• Track feature adoption and engagement analytics using Amplitude and Google Analytics.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Demonstrated passion for building digital products (side projects, internships, or student leadership).
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
