Backend Engineer (Node.js / Go)

Role Overview

A high-scale regional mobility and parcel delivery network. We are seeking a Junior Backend Engineer to help scale our high-concurrency dispatch algorithms, payment gateways, and real-time mapping APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain microservices in Node.js / TypeScript and Go.
• Optimize database queries (PostgreSQL/Redis) for high-throughput real-time requests.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline deployments, and system monitoring.
• Ensure high security standards for user data and payment processing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js or Go with understanding of async execution models.
• Familiarity with relational databases, caching strategies, and Docker.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals.
