Role Overview

A leading regional online travel booking ecosystem. We are seeking an Associate UI/UX Designer who loves crafting seamless booking flows, visual design systems, and delightful mobile app micro-interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive Figma prototypes.
• Maintain and expand our core design system components.
• Conduct usability testing sessions with real users to validate design hypotheses.
• Hand off detailed spec documentation to iOS, Android, and web developers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong visual design portfolio showcasing Web and Mobile App case studies.
• Mastery of Figma (auto-layout, components, variables, interactive prototyping).
• Understanding of mobile-first design patterns (iOS Human Interface & Material Design).
• Empathy for user pain points and structured design thinking approach.
